On-site education

PTI provides on-site TED services for your convenience and to lower your costs. Once we know your needs we can tailor our work to meet your needs. 

On-line education

PTI provides on-line education through webinar’s informing participants of current and future perspectives in practice transformation. The webinars we deliver are typically 45 minute in length and are designed for participants with a range experience and knowledge. 

Foundation Workshop

PTI delivers competency led experiential interactive workshops that are designed to engage the participant in transforming their own practice. This workshop is one day long. The goal of this workshop is introduce the participants to concepts, tools and practice opportunities. 

Intermediate Workshops

PTI has developed a second level series of workshops that provide a deeper and more provocative learning experience for participants. The workshops are 4 hours in length. These workshops build from the learning modules in the Foundation Workshops. The goal of this level of workshop is to develop the learning and practice of specific areas of growth for improved results. These are currently in the final feedback loop phase before being delivered in 2008. 

Advanced Workshops

These workshops are designed for the participant that is actively engaged in practice transformation and wants their learning and practice to be challenged. This workshop is one day long with focus in one area of interest. The goal of this workshop is to learn through case study example and experiential learning what works best and how to avoid ‘worst’ performance. These are currently in the final feedback loop phase before being delivered in 2008.
